Laverda Di Fazio:

This is the only road-going Laverda Di Fazio, derived from the famous "Nessie" built by Mead and Tomkinson, which had notably run the 1974 Bol d'Or.

Its front suspension system, which incorporated hub-centre steering, was meant to solve the classic problems of conventional forks — in particular rigidity and dive under braking.

It is worth noting that John Di Fazio's work was later taken up by other marques.

Laverda Motoplast

A rare special frame, the Motoplast was used in racing, notably by the Laret/Gauthier crew at the 1980 Bol d'Or.
