Restored Nippon-Denso instruments.
- Until they are fitted, Nippon-Denso instruments (restored or not) must always be stored horizontally, the right way up (glass on top), to prevent any seepage of the damper fluid.
- Restored instruments are always checked and calibrated after restoration. Any malfunction usually comes from the cable or the drive. Check that the cables are correct: depending on their source, differences in length or diameter can affect or damage the mechanism.
